East Berks Group (EBR) 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The EBR 2026 AGM will be held in-person at the same venue as in 2025 and, as it was last year, on a Saturday afternoon. Details are given below.

Time: 2.30 pm start
Venue: Knowl Hill Village Hall, The Terrace, Knowl Hill, Reading RG10 9XB
The meeting will last for approximately one hour. In addition to hearing reports from the Chair and Treasurer, you will be asked to vote on a number of matters, including the election and re-election of Officers to the Committee and the adoption of the Annual Accounts.
The AGM Agenda and Annual Accounts will be provided by email before the meeting. A link to the draft minutes of the 2025 AGM which are on the EBR website will also be provided in the email - we will be asking for the minutes to be formally approved at the AGM.
After the AGM there will be an opportunity for members to discuss topics of interest with members of the Committee and to socialise over light refreshments. If you have a subject which you would particularly like to discuss, you can let us know by sending an email to
